Postage and Packing
Your order will be carefully packaged and we aim to dispatch all orders the next working day after your order is placed, by First Class delivery service. Please allow a little longer if ordering at the Weekend or Bank Holidays.
Please be sure to add our email to your list of “safe senders” if you have an anti-spam filter installed, so that you are able to receive emails from us.
We try to operate a paperless office system but any paper we do use is 100% recycled and we always re-use it if we can.
In order to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible we generally use Royal Mail’s existing delivery network rather than using a duplicating delivery system. Wholesale Orders are sent by the most appropriate method dependant on their their value, size and weight and are dispatched quickly, however, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
f you are placing a large order please feel free to contact us for a more accurate shipping quote as there are limitations when using a shipping calculator as regards total accuracy.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Express UK Delivery:
If you require your order urgently please email us and we will endeavour to send it as quickly as possible. We can send via Special Delivery which provides a Next Day delivery service (Mon to Fri) at a small extra charge.

In particular, if we have made an error on price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and re-offer the goods to you at the correct price.
